Martin Bramall is the Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder of idibu, a job distribution platform that helps recruitment agencies attract and manage candidates more efficiently.
Originally from Wigan, Martin moved to Barcelona in 2003 and co-founded idibu in 2007. Since then, he has held several senior positions within the business, including Account Director and Managing Director, before stepping into his current role as Chief Growth Officer in 2023.
